Main Stage Ticket Return and Exchange Policy
While tickets are final sale and may not be returned, we do offer ticket exchanges for both subscribers and single ticket purchasers.
Tickets may only be exchanged into the same production and are based on availability. Tickets may not be exchanged after the performance has passed as we are then unable to re-sell the seat to another guest. If the performance/seat being exchanged into is more expensive than the original ticket, the difference in price must be paid. Contact boxoffice@katonline.org for ticket exchanges.
Ticket Donations
If you are unable to attend and can’t or don’t want to exchange your tickets, you may contact the Box Office for a tax deductible refund. Ticket donations can be made up to 24 hours before the performance so that we have time to resell the ticket to another customer.
